First AKC Rally-O

Well Maddee & sis Connie did great in Perry GA AKC event. We had been in Perry showing our horses, stayed the last day May 10th to show Rally Novice.

Connie placed first with a score of 99% / Maddee was second with a score of 93%. Our first AKC legs

We are off this weekend to St Pete's UKC Obedience trials to see if we can finish UKC title in Rally Novice A.

Then come June 20th-21st will head to Lakeland to do the AKC Trial and Hopefully finish AKC title there.

We DID IT!!

Maddee & Connie earned their RN title this weekend at Lakeland.
It was touch & go though for Maddee. Sat I just didn't have her "there" with me but we earned the leg.
Sunday was a huge problem. She started out "right there" worked good until station 3 when the obedience ring awarded their placings: HUGE Clapping etc. Maddee lost it. It took 5-7 more stations to get her back. Judge Jane Mendleson was so great stated I had a lot of distraction, more than normal

Was going to check with stewards to see if a rerun could happen: no because I did get a qualifing score.
Connie aced the weekend: Placed second with a 95 then came back with a 98 & first on Sunday.

Next endevor: CGC on Wed.

We just got back from the testing for CGC. Both Maddee & Connie passed with flying colors!!!!
